(Public invited to SDSU event)…..San Diego State University/Imperial valley campus is inviting the public to the event Wednesday, October 15, at 6:00 pm. Dean Stephen Roeder and Alumni Chapter President Kathleen Lang will unveil plans for the remodeling of Rodney Auditorium. Faculty and staff of the local campus are also invited, as is the general public. The auditorium plans include new seating and carpeting. Plans will be discussed, and the public can mingle with the alumni. Plans are also being made to celebrate 2009 in Grand Style, since the campus will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next year. There will be a reception immediately following at 7:00 pm in the John Steppling Art Gallery.
