(Convicted rapist tries to come back)….The unidentified man was found by Border Patrol Agents early Wednesday morning trying to illegally cross back into the United States. He was discovered about 3 miles West of Calexico. The man had been convicted in U.S. courts for the rape of a child. He had been released from prison last year in order to be deported back to Mexico. Officials say the man identification is not being released until he is processed for prosecution. Officials say they plan to prosecute him for re-entry after deportation. It is not known if that action will result in more prison time or another deportation.
