(Flores preliminary hearing postponed, again)…Defense attorneys have been able to obtain several delays in the preliminary hearing of Richard Flores. The latest delay came Thursday, after the judge allowed the defense attorney more time to examine potential witnesses. The preliminary hearing was rescheduled to April 10. Flores is facing two counts of rape, one count of kidnapping and one count of false imprisonment. Another rape charge against Flores is pending.
