(An El Centro man calls 911 and places an order)….Police say the man called the emergency response number and asked that a Captain deliver $40 worth of Crystal Methamphetamine. He apparently did not specify which Captain make the delivery. The call was traced to a home in the 1400 block of North Imperial Avenue. Police arrested 51-year-old Jose Ramon Rodriguez after it was determined there were two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Rodriguez was booked into County Jail.
