(Investigation into Hechanova murder continues)….Elsa Hechanova was brutally murdered in her Danenberg Road home on March 26. The 82-year-old woman was apparently the victim of a home invasion. Her vehicle and other items were stolen from her home. Sheriff’s investigators have now released a composite of a man they are calling a person of interest. No names are being released. Investigators say the man was seen attempting to use the victims ATM card in Calexico, and he appears to be the same man witnesses in Mexicali say they saw abandon the woman’s vehicle near a shopping mall in Mexicali. The man is described as a Latino male in his 30’s, between five feet six and five feet seven inches tall, a slender build. The man’s left eyes is clouded a blueish color, possibly the result of cataracts. He was last seen wearing loose, light colored pants, loose t-shirt, dark shoes and a dark baseball cap with a white embroidered emblem of a palm tree on the front.
