Elks I.B.P.O.E. of the World and Salton Sea Lodge 627 and Phyllis Wheatley Temple 526 are celebrating their 75th Anniversary on Saturday December 16, 2006 at Ryerson Center( The P.A.L. building ) with a Diamond Jubilee. The evening will honor Dianna M. Newton as Daughter Elk of the Year and Roosevelt Hellum as Brother Elk of the Year. Keynote Speaker will be El Centro City Councilman Benjamin Solomon.
