Light Earthquake Rattles Mexicali

An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter Scale rattled windows and shook walls in Mexicali this afternoon. The earthquake was centered about 23 miles southeast of Mexicali in Guadalupe Victoria at about 2:54 this afternoon. The Guadalupe Victoria area has been the center of light to moderate earthquakes recently. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
