(Flash Flood Watches all around Imperial County)…The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood for San Bernardino County, East San Diego County and Yuma County. Campo is the East San Diego County Mountains received over an inch of rain Monday. The storms creating the Flash Flood issues are the result of Tropical Storm Julio in Mexico. Flooding Monday forced the closure of Highway 78 south of Borrego Springs. No injuries have been reported.
