El Centro Regional Medical Center and Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District are looking for ways to expand collaboration. The two local hospitals are seeking input from the community on ways to strengthen the Imperial Valley's healthcare services in light of shrinking revenues and expanding expenses. Four community meetings have been scheduled to hear public comments and ideas on how to meet the future healthcare needs of the Imperial Valley. The first of the meetings is scheduled for Wednesday November 12th at the El Centro Regional Medical Center Training Room. The second meeting will be Monday November 1th in Walker Auditorium at Pioneers Memorial Hospital in Brawley. The third meeting is set for Tuesday November 18th at Camerena Memorial Library in Calexico and the fourth scheduled meeting is Wednesday November 19th  at Imperial Valley College room 2131 in the Health Education and Technologies Building. All meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. More information is available at  www.ivhealthcare.org .
