The agents tracked the individuals and 3 hours later arrested them without incident near Winterhaven. The men were transported to the Yuma Station for processing. The Border Patrol says a record check on one of the men, 41 year old Pedro Alvarado Suarez, who is a Mexican Citizen, had been arrested 23 times since 1986 throughout the states of Washington, California, Montana and Arizona for crimes ranging from robbery, burglary, theft, assault, possession of a controlled substance, delivery of cocaine, vehicle theft and unlawful use of a fire arm.
