(Libraries operating under Fall Schedule)…The Imperial County Free Library Branches opened earlier this week. Library officials say they are working under their Fall Schedule. That means Calipatria Meyer Memorial is open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Thursdays and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Fridays. The Heber Branch is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9-6. They close for lunch at noon each day. The Holtville Branch is open 9-6 Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, and from 9-5 on Fridays. The Niland Branch is open 9-noon and from 1:15 to 5:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Salton City Branch is open 9 to noon and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Monday and from 10 to noon and 1-5 pm on Wednesdays. The Seeley Branch is located at the Family Resource Center on the school campus. It is open on Mondays from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, and Wednesdays 1-5 pm. The Westmorland Branch is located in the school library and is open from 3:00 to 6:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. These hours will remain in effect through December 31, 2008.
