| The Imperial County Coroners Office says that 6 poeple died Friday night when an SUV went into a canal The accident occurred at about 11:15 Friday night when a Chevrolet Suberban loaded with as many as 20 illegal immigrants went out of control and crashed into the West Side Main Canal. The bodies of four victims were recovered early saturday morning while two other bodies were located and recovered early Sunday morning. The accident remains under investigation. |
