The Secretary of Resources is pushing a multi-billion dollar plan to restore the Salton Sea. Daniels says with a restoration plan will come a reconstituted Salton Sea Authority. The State plan calls for local control of the restoration plans, but Daniels predicts it will not be the SSA. He says it will be similar to the current Authority, but it will not be the same.
