County honors memory of Probation Department employee

(County flags fly at half-mast)…..Imperial County has lowered its flags to half-staff in remembrance of Irene Rios. The 28-year-old County employee was killed in a single vehicle accident early this morning. Rios worked in the County Probation Department. She was a resident of Calexico. The California Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the accident.
