Convicted rapist found re-entering the U.S.

(Another sex offender tries to sneak back into the U.S.)…Border Patrol Agents say they found the convicted rapists Monday afternoon. At around 1:30 in the afternoon the agents were working the area west of the Andrade Port of Entry when they observed a single male walking about 3 miles from the border. The Border Patrol made contact with the individual. It was determined he was in this Country illegally. He was immediately taken into custody. A records check through the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Information System later revealed the subject had been arrested, charged and convicted of rape by force and sentenced to 18 years on prison. He had also been arrested for theft and possession of a loaded firearm. The man had also been deported four separate times for entering the U.S. illegally. The man, who was not identified, is being processed for prosecution for re-entry after deportation, illegal entry and reinstatement of the deportation.
