(Indictments handed down in San Diego Federal Courthouse bombing)….The 17 count indictment was handed down by a San Diego Grand Jury.

The indictment names three being connected to the May 4 pipe bombing at the Courthouse and the Federal Express Building in San Diego. Those named in the indictment are 31-year-old Rachelle Lynn Carlock, 56-year-old Ella Louise Sanders and 43-year-old Eric Reginald Robinson. All are San Diego residents. Only Robinson was arraigned Wednesday at the Federal Court in El Centro. Carlock and Sanders are already in custody and will be arraigned at a later date. The indictment alleges the two women were the main perpetrators in the bombing. Carlock was the first arrested and is still in jail on charges she used a false drivers license to purchase gunpowder. Sanders is in custody on un-related charges. Robinson is accused of aiding the women, including driving them to the scene. Prosecutors Wednesday argued against bail for Robinson, saying he was a flight risk and a danger to the community. The Federal Judge scheduled a bail hearing for Monday at the El Centro court. He is being held without bail until a decision is made Monday.
