Cattle Call Arena fire suspicious

(Cattle Call Arena fire under investigation)…Brawley fire says the fire started Friday afternoon under suspicious circumstances. They would not go into any more detail than that. The fire was wind blown, but firefighters were able to contain the blaze to trees and brush. No structures were burned. Officials say no injuries were reported. Departments from El Centro, Holtville, Westmorland and Calipatria assisted Brawley in controlling the spread of the fire. The fire is not expected to hamper next month’s Cattle Call events at all.
