(Calexico High school classes to be renovated)…The Calexico School Board agreed to the contract last week.

 Doblado Construction will do the work. The contract is for $6.7 million. The funds will come out of Measure J bond monies. Measure J is a $30 million bond approved by voters in 2004. The funds were used to construct Cesar Chavez Elementary School. The Measure j funds will pay for 40% of the renovation costs. The State is expected to pay the rest.
