(Brawley to sign MOU with the County)….The Memorandum sought by Brawley is similar to one signed by the City of Imperial and the County. It is for the development of the Mesquite Lake Industrial Park Project. The Project is located between Brawley and the City of Imperial. The MOU will be discussed at Brawley’s Thursday City Council meeting. The Council changed their meeting to Thursday because of the Presidential elections this week. The Imperial Irrigation District recently agreed to enter into talks with the County to discuss the possibility of using Local Entity monies for the infrastructure of the Mesquite Lake Project. |
