Border Patrol catches convicted molester

(Border Patrol arrests convicted child molester)….The arrest was made early Saturday morning. The Customs and Border Protection officials say at around 12:30 Saturday morning Border Patrol agents from the Calexico Station were working one mile west of the Calexico Port of Entry. They discovered and arrested an individual who had entered the United States illegally. The individual had reportedly climbed over the international boundary fence and was running into a nearby truck yard at the time of his arrest. Record checks determined the subject had been convicted on November of 1999 for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age. The subject was taken to County Jail where he is facing charges of re-entry after deportation as an aggravated felon.
