Autopsy to determine cause of teen's death

(Coroner investigates the death of a teen)….Deputy Coroner Henry Proo says the investigation into the death is basically because of the boy’s age. The 15 year old died Wednesday at El Centro Regional Medical Center. Proo says the teen had been feeling ill and was at his home at the Naval Air Facility when paramedics were called. He was transported to E C R M C. Medical personnel reportedly worked feverishly, but were unable to save the boy. Proo said an autopsy is pending to determine the exact cause of death. No names will be released until it is determined there is a need to do so.
