Another deported sex offender caught re-entering

(Child Sex Offender caught trying to sneak back into the United States)….El Centro Sector Border Patrol Agents arrested the individual Monday morning. The individual was arrested at just before 6:00 in the morning after he apparently crawled over the International Boundary fence, about a half mile West of Calexico. A records check determined the subject had been convicted of a felony offense for having sex with a minor in September 2003 in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The subject had previously been deported from the United States. The suspect was last report being held at Imperial County Jail on charges of re-entry after deportation as an aggravated felon. The El Centro Sector says since May 1 of this year their agents have arrested 15 convicted sex offenders within its area of operation.
