Separate accidenets just minutes apart slow down traffic on eastbound Interstate 8 Sunday afternoon. The first accident occurred at 2:23 Sunday afternoon on eastbound Interstate 8 about 3 miles east of Dunaway Road. A truck towing a 20 foot travel trailer overturned. Four people were injured in the accident, one of them was trapped in the wreckage for a short time. Just 18 minutes later , at 2:41 Sunday afternoon , a single vehicle rollover accident occurred in the same general area. One person received minor injuries in this accident. The two crashes are not related. The California Highway Patrol is investigating both.
