(Brawley man dies after falling off a silo)…The County Coroners office says they must determine if it was the fall that killed.

Deputy Coroner Sergeant Charles Lucas Said the tragedy occurred at around 3:30 Thursday afternoon. Lucas said 43-year-old Raymond Romero was working on the silo. He apparently did not feel well, and began to climb down the ladder on the silo. About 15 feet from the bottom, the man fell to the ground. Lucas says an autopsy is pending to determine if the man died as a result of the fall, or if the cause of death was natural.
