Skills Commission Announces State Consortium to Implement Tough Choices Framework
On October 30th, governors, state education commissioners, and other policy leaders representing a diverse range of states consisting of rural, suburban, and urban populations announced their commitment to implement the Tough Choices or Tough Times education framework in their state. The decision, by the leaders of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Utah, follows two years of discussions centered on the recommendations of the New Commission on the Skills of the American.
