They would like the Governor of California to meet with the Governor of Baja California. They would like the two to work out a plan that would allow them to work together on COVID 19 issues, including the planned reopening. The virus appears to be moving faster in Baja California. Mexicali is reporting 101 deaths from COVID 19, with 996 confirmed cases. In Tijuana there have been 292 deaths and 1,247 confirmed cases. San Diego and Imperial County say they are unique by location. Both are the only counties in California bordering with Mexico.
