(Supervisors to recognize the local NAACP)…The recognition will be on the local Chapters efforts during Black History Month.

 The Board will also discuss  a resolution in support of the Public Works Grant application for Proposition 84 funds through the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. Francisco Marquez, Director of the Workforce Development Office will update the Supervisors on revised and updated Workforce Development Board Policies. The Supervisors could take action on the policies. The Board will discuss sending a letter to the California Department of Housing and Community Development concerning proposed regulatory changes for the Enterprise Zone Program. And the Supervisors will discuss retaining Elizabeth Martin to review the Navy’s F-35C West Coast Homebasing Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The Public Health Department will also update the Board on new Septic Systems regulations and how they will impact Imperial County. The Board convenes its meeting Tuesday at 8:30 am in the Board Chambers at the Administration Center on Main Street in El Centro.
