As a critical service provider serving upwards of 155,000 electric accounts in the Imperial and Coachella Valleys and delivering water to nearly a half million acres of irrigated farmland, cities and industries in the Imperial Valley, IID remains staffed to provide reliable power and water services. IID Customer service walk-in centers, customer service call centers, IID Customer Connect all remain operational. Other contact or payment alternatives include the IID mobile app. Secure payment boxes are available. And, customers still have the option of mailing in their payments.
