The Brown Bag Coalition operates with volunteers and donations. The feed and care for the homeless in the Border City. This week it was the Coalition making the donations. A volunteer of the Coalition took it upon herself to make face covering masks to protect during the current pandemic. This week the Brown Bag Coalition donated some of the masks to the Calexico Police Department and others were donated to the Calexico Fire Department. Some were kept for the Coalition volunteers and the rest were passed out at Rockwood Plaza.
