Cruz Noguez was arrested recently at the border in Calexico. He is charged with organizing the smuggling of several Mexican and Guatemalan nationals on March 2nd. 25 people were jammed into an SUV that collided with a semi near Holtville. 13 were killed in the incident and 13, including the driver of the semi, were injured. The suspect will be in court April 13th for a preliminary hearing and on April 27th for arraignment.
