(2021 Ruby Awards)....They are presented by the Soroptimist International of El Centro.

The awards are presented to women helping women. Due to the pandemic, this years awards were presented at a priviate residence. The awards this year went to Lourdes Rueda, a science teacher at Central Union High School. Venus Nguyen, a clinician specializing in Family medicine at the VO clinics, and Norma Sierra Galindo, a teacher at Calexico High School and Imperial Irrigation District Director.
