(November 3rd Election results)….They may be ready December 1st.

The County Board of Supervisors meet on that date. One of their agenda items is an update on the General Election held November 3rd. At last report, the elections department was still counting provisional ballets and some mail in ballots. By law, the results must certified and delivered to Sacramento by December third. The final count could change some races, especially the third seat for El Centro City Council and the second seat for Heber Elementary School Board. Also Tuesday, the Board will receive a report on COVID 19 in Imperial County. The report will be delivered by Public Health Department staff. The Supervisors will be asked to ratify a contract with Hazard Construction Company for emergency bridge construction services for the Forrester Road Bridge.
