The driver of a pick up truck that rolled over sustained major injuries.
The accident occurred at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at State Routes 78 and 115. A Toyota Tundra apparently went out of control and rolled over. The driver was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters before being transported to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs with what were described as major injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
