The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle accident Friday night.
The accident was reported at 8:44 p.m. on State Route 98 near Bonesteele Road in the Holtville area. One of the vehicles was reported to have come to rest on it's top. One person was trapped in the vehicle. Traffic on Highway 98 was closed off briefly for REACH Air to land. One patient was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center. No other information has been released.
