(SDSU/IV reaches a historic high)…The record is for enrollment.

The total number of students attending class at San Diego State University Imperial Valley this semester is 1,065, which is the highest ever in the campus’s history. This according to university student census. The growth in enrollment comes at a historical juncture for SDSU Imperial Valley. For the first time in nearly a decade there are full-time freshmen attending the Imperial Valley Campus. SDSU/IV Dean Gregorio Ponce and SDSU President Adela de la Torre have committed to a plan to expand the campus enrollment to 2,00 students, which will include more full time four year degree programs.
