(Morning traffic collisions)….Fortunately, there were no injuries.
The first was reported at 7:36 Wednesday morning. It was on Austin Road, west of Keystone. The California Highway Patrol says a vehicle ran into a canal. The vehicle was completely submerged, but the driver was able to escape uninjured. At just after 8:00 the same morning, two vehicles collided on Highway 111, near Interstate 8. The vehicles were able to maneuver to the right hand shoulder, out of traffic. No injuries were reported. The CHP is investigating both collisions.
