(Workforce update)…It was delivered to the County Board of Supervisors Tuesday.

The update was compiled by the Imperial County Human Resources and Risk Management. So far this month, Imperial County has a full time workforce of 2,108. There are 277 extra help positions. In the month of April, the County hired 41 new people, 25 full time and 16 extra help. They received 350 applications. In the District Attorney’s Office, two Deputy District Attorney 4’s have been promoted to Deputy District Attorney 5’s. One Deputy District Attorney 2 has been promoted to Deputy District Attorney 3, and one Deputy District Attorney 3 has been moved to Deputy District Attorney 4. There are still 4 Deputy District Attorney Vacancies, and there have been very few applications submitted for those positions.
