(Haystack Fire)….It was first reported Sunday near Holtville.
The fire was reported by the Imperial Irrigation District. It was located west of the Highline Canal and Norrish Road. Crews thought they had the fire knocked down, but it rekindled on Monday. It is suspected the fire was deliberately set. An investigation is underway.
