The special meeting will be held Wednesday, beginning at 4:00 pm. According to the agenda, the only item to be discussed will be anticipated litigation in the Energy Department. If there is any action taken, it will be announced publicly following the closed session. The meeting will be held in Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro.
