(Westmorland woman arrested)…She was already in jail at the time.
45 year old Paula Urquidez was originally arrested March 17th on drug related charges. While in the County Jail Corrections officers performed a dorm check and discovered Urquidez in possession of a substance identified as heroin. Saturday the woman was rearrested. The new charges include transportation of a controlled substance, bringing a controlled substance into jail, selling a controlled substance to an inmate, and possession of a controlled substance for sale. Her bail was set at $150,000. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
