(Chicken strip recall)….Tyson Foods Incorporated issued the recall.

It involves almost 70,000 pounds of ready to eat chicken strip products. They say they may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of metal. The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Services says the frozen, ready to eat chicken strips were produced on November 30, 2018. The product affected includes 25 ounce plastic bag packages of frozen Tyson Fully cooked Buffalo Style chicken strips, chicken fritters with rib meat and buffalo style sauce, with Best if used by November 30, 2019. While there have been complaints about the product, there have been no reports of adverse effects from consuming the product. Anyone in possession of the product is asked not to consume the product. Throw it away or return the packages to place of purchase.
