The Address will be hosted by the Brawley Chamber of Commerce and presented by Brawley Mayor Donnie Wharton. For the first time, the State of the City Address will be delivered at the Brawley Airport on Ken Bemis Drive, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
