It is a presentation of the City of El Centro and El Centro Chamber of Commerce. The 2019 Coronation Honors King Doctor Adolphe Edward and Queen Betty Tucker. It is being held in the El Centro City Hall Courtyard on West Main Street in El Centro from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
