But, not right away. The suspect was spotted in El Centro recently. When police attempted to stop the suspect, he fled in the vehicle. The chase finally ended near the Seeley Market, but the suspect refused to exit the vehicle. The local Swat Team was called in, and they convinced the suspect to surrender. He was booked into County Jail charged with suspicion of vehicle theft, and other issues. The suspect’s identity was not released.
