A Shoo Fly is a temporary section of railroad track. It is under construction near Niland. Completion is expected some time this week. Residents and motorists are being advised of the inconvenience until it is completed. Officials did not say if the Shoo Fly is due to the Mud Pot situation five miles north of Niland.
