(Valenzuela Bound over for trial)…He is facing separate charges of child molestation. 48-year-old Ray Valenzuela was originally arrested in February. He has been in county jail on $1 million bail since his arrest. A Judge recently determined there was enough evidence to bind him over for trial. He will be arraigned on all charges on July 12th. A trial date will be set then.
