(The CHP says it is sabotage)…Somebody is placing pieces of concrete on Interstate 8, near Dunbar.

At least ten vehicles were damaged Saturday. The California Highway Patrol in San Diego says the concrete is being placed on the Interstate deliberately. No culprit has been seen or identified. Sources say up to 20 vehicles have been damaged since the sabotage began. The CHP says the concrete is 60-pound concrete parking stops. The first reports came in January through February. The incidents are reportedly occurring overnight, resulting in minor to major vehicle damage. No injuries have been reported, as yet.
