(Supervisors approve updates to Land Use Ordinance)….The updates were discussed during a Public Hearing Tuesday.
County Planning and Services Director Armando Villa told the Board most of the up dates were clean-up language in the ordinance. There is, however, a section on mixed use zoning and another on Reasonable Accessibility for the disabled. After no comments were made during the public hearing, the Board approved the negative declaration on the basis of the initial study and any comments received showing no substantial evidence that the project will have significant effect on the environment as determined by the Environmental Evaluation Committee. They also Approved making De Minimus findings as recommended by the EEC, and they approved the Ordinance, itself.
