(The spotlight is on local cuisine tonight)…It the Taste of the Valley.
The first ever event is being held at the San Diego State University/Calexico Campus. 24 restaurants from around the Valley will set up on the Rollie Carrillo Quad, offering their unique and best dishes. The open-air event will also feature wine and music. The restaurants will range from the national to the local. Proceeds from the event will benefit SDSU/IV students. The Celebration starts at 6:00 pm.
