(Minor Earthquake)…It was south of the border.
The US Geological Survey says it was centered near San Luis Rio Colorado, near Lazaro Cardenas. The magnitude 3.5 temblor hit at just before 4:00 in the afternoon Sunday. No damage or injury has been reported.
